Title:
  dbus can't make system suspend

Status in “dbus” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I ran "sudo /usr/share/checkbox/scripts/suspend_test --full" for QA test http://laptop.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/result/6475/879.
When the script runs test 1 (suspend via dbus) the laptop does not sleep, and after a pause the test script reports "SUSPEND FAILED, did not go to sleep". The laptop does sleep during other tests that the script runs.
