[Bug 817203] [NEW] deja dup description starts with d?j? dup

On Oneiric, both in Software center and Update manager's description tab
the deja dup description starts with "D?j? Dup is a simple backup tool".
This does not happen on Natty, the name is displayed fine there, so
marking this with regression-release.
