  Launching twice results in duelling copies

  Confirmed

Bug description:
  software-properties-gtk 0.75.4, Ubuntu 9.10

  1. Launch Software Sources.
  2. Focus another window.
  3. Launch Software Sources again.
  4. Change the state of one of the checkboxes.

  What happens:
  3. A second copy opens.
  4. The two copies disagree with each other about the current state.

  What should happen:
  3. The already-open copy becomes focused.
