  Deleting filters has no effect

Status in “synaptic” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: synaptic

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Open Synaptic
  2. Settings > Filters
  3. Click on a filter.
  4. Click "Delete."
  5. Observe that nothing happens.

  Creating new filters and editing existing ones works fine.
