That's really bizarre.  I'm looking at the code right now and it
definitely says .com.

Could you please attach /var/log/installer/syslog to this bug?

Bug description:
  In the oneric beta 1 alternate installer if you specify to  add the
  extras repository it points to ubuntu.co not ubuntu.com

  below is the bottom of my /etc/apt/sources.list after installing
  ubuntu.
