Title:
copy-paste by keyboard shortcuts doesn't work on Winforms.

Status in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: dash

Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V doesn't copy or paste text in mono.
Test with an aplication like KeePass 2.x. Select a Text elsewhere, text editor or browser and copy, then paste it on a field, like the search box, using the shortcut... but nothing happens. Not text is being pasted. If you right click on some text fields they show a menu with the paste option and paste works. But simple text fields does not offer the contextual menu, so no way to paste text in them.
