Update-manager is unable to download telepathy-
indicator_0.0.6-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb from
http://za.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/t/telepathy-indicator
/telepathy-indicator_0.0.6-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb due to a 403 error.

Switching to an alternate mirror fixes this error.
