[Bug 844675] [NEW] Czech localization problem in USC

Public bug reported:

There are lot of untranslated strings in Ubuntu Software Center in Czech
localization. Some of these strings are somewhere translated and
somewhere not.

category name "Accessories" (in Czech "Příslušenství") is translated in
"Top Rated" frame but not in category menu. Same for "Games" (in Czech
"Hry") and "Themes & Tweaks" ("Motivy a tweaky") etc.

All these strings are of course translated in Lauchpad and in system MO
files too:

$ msgunfmt /usr/share/locale-langpack/cs/LC_MESSAGES/software-center.mo
| grep -C1 Accessories

msgid "Accessories"
msgstr "Příslušenství"

$ msgunfmt /usr/share/locale-langpack/cs/LC_MESSAGES/software-center.mo
