[Bug 838833] [NEW] server upgrade from lucid to maverick fails with errors

I have tried to perform an upgrade from 10.04 to 10.10 release.  Once
asked if I want to continue it fails stating a fatal error occured.

I have attached the main.log output file to this bug report.
