[Bug 842492] [NEW] Installer uses a fixed-height window that is small for 1024x600 netbook

Public bug reported:

Summary: the installer in Ubuntu Oneiric beta 1 uses a fixed height,
resulting in some buttons not displayed correctly on netbooks that have
a 1024x600 screen resolution. I've attached a photo taken during
installation so you can see exactly what I'm talking about.

Solution proposed: since there is a lot of space available I would
suggest to make the window size smaller or set its height to
MAXIMUM_SCREEN_HEIGHT - 40 pixel or something similar.

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
