[Bug 842438] Re: cannot upgrade to 11.10 from 11.04

I execute "update-manager -d" from shell.

The following info windows were displayed, text of the windows as below
:

caused by held packages.

  This can be caused by:
  * Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
  * Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
  * Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu

If none of this applies, then please report this bug using the command 
'ubuntu-bug update-manager' in a terminal.

I have no clue if any of the above reason are applicable to my
installation.

Could you let me know if I have to do anything different.
