Marking this as Fix Released, as the dialog shown in the screenshot does
not appear anymore (the one with the close button) on Natty and Oneiric.
Feel free to reopen this bug if you still experience this bug, and
describe the steps to reproduce.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  When downloading updates, there is a progress window. However, when
  the update is done, it keeps open, forcing you to tidy it up manually.
  Same with the big window I guess.
