[Bug 839850] Re: python-gobject 2.90 breaks ubiquity - ubiquity crashed with TypeError in set_indicator_keymaps(): must be gobject.GObject, not gtk.gdk.X11Display

I tried with Oneiric Beta 1 released on Sept. 1rst
(http://releases.ubuntu.com/oneiric/) and I can not reproduce the
problem. ubiquity-dm and ubiquity started and worked as expected.
Then, on the live session, I upgraded python-gobject and python-gobject-
cairo to 2.90.3-1 and ubiquity crashes with the trace in this report.
Current daily (20110903) is also broken
