Public bug reported:

Portmap fails to upgrade because NFS 1.2.x no longer uses portmap. Later
versions of NFS use rpcbind instead.

Have not rebooted yet (after 10.10 -> 11.04 upgrade), so I'm unsure if
this problem is fatal. I can probably manually install and configure
rpcbind, but this removes nfs-common. This is confusing and should have
been dealt with by the upgrade process since this is a well known
upgrade issue with NFS.
