  update-notifier causes error reporting window to appear repeatedly

Status in “update-notifier” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Meanwhile clicking "Report problem" doesn't trigger error collecting process. The only way to stop the window from appearing is to leave it open or to kill update-notifier process.
  In console I get:
