[Bug 839051] [NEW] When installing (from alternate ISO) a command-line-only system, grub should not redirect to VT7

Public bug reported:

Observed on Ubuntu Beta1 testing. When one installs a command-line only
system from the Alternate ISO, Grub is still configured to redirect to
VT7 (plymouth integration).

This redirect makes no sense: there is no graphical environment to deal
with the user after booting.

** Affects: debian-installer (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Medium
         Status: Confirmed
