USC Crashes and a crash report is generated, however the application
continues to run. Only the installer section causes a crash. The other
sections do not produce any errors.

Bug description:
  Updated to latest 11.10 (daily updates), and then when i wanted to
  install skype, i opened the deb in usc and then it crashed. I dont
  remember using USC recently, but after that i am not able to open USC
  at all.
