  Keep default layout dialog is not localized in Finnish

Bug description:
  When selecting the Finnish language and keyboard layout at boot a
  dialog titled 'Keep default keyboard layout (fi/fi)?' is not
  localized. The Kyllä/Ei buttons are in Finnish, but the rest is in
  English.
