[Bug 884521] [NEW] aptitude insists to run reportbug when it shouldn't

I consistently run into the following issue on lucid.  When I run
aptitude, minimize it via Ctrl+z, return to it via fg and then push the
downward arrow, aptitude wants to run reportbug.
