Bug description:
  I was trying to recover a previously working installation to an SSD on
  a marvel sata3 6.0gb/s using ext4. Attempted to reinstall system and I
  cannot install boot loader on any of my drives including the target
  drive or any other drive. System produces a fatal error every time.
