running applications on the Live CD being slower.

Live-cd should notify the user of prolonged boot time

Bug description:
Binary package hint: ubuntu-live
When booting the live-cd, the user should be informed that because the
boot is performed from a cd, it's dramatically slower than a "normal",
hard drive boot. This could be done with a notice with something along
the lines of "Starting Ubuntu from a CD takes a while. Please be
patient for a few minutes."
My background for suggesting this is the many times I have been asked
the question "Does it really take this long to start Ubuntu?" when
showing the live-cd to someone. Also, this might help give the new
user an idea of what's really going on at the moment. Maybe the boot
sequence on the live cd could even be used to inform about what Ubuntu
is and what the live-cd does to the computer?
