The message has now been changed to be more generic and applies to
either USB keys or CDs.

MSG="Please remove installation media and close the tray (if any)
then press ENTER: "

Title:
UMPC and MID image don't prompt to remove USB key

Status in “casper” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Hi,

after install of Ubuntu, you're usually prompted to eject the CDROM
before rebooting, but MID and UMPC images don't prompt to remove the
  USB key.

On the CrownBeach reference design for menlow devices, it's ok by
default, but on the Samsung Q1U it's not as it reboots on the USB
  key...

  Bye
