Title:
system-config-kickstart is too slow and eats a lot of CPU

Status in “system-config-kickstart” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
The application is way too slow, especially when browsing in the combo boxes.
The top tool shows it's eating 60+% of CPU power during user interaction.
There seems no way, more over, to select the packages to be installed.
I would expect a much lighter application!
