[Bug 881185] [NEW] software-properties-gtk Does Not Download PPA Signing Keys

software-properties-gtk in Ubuntu 11.10 does not automatically download a Signing Key when adding repositories from Launchpad PPAs, resulting in such errors from apt-get update or Synaptic:
GPG error: http://ppa.launchpad.net oneiric Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 61260473F9D8BC54

Never used to have any problems with software-properties-gtk
automatically adding PPA Keys in earlier versions of Ubuntu

Work around has been to use add-apt-repository from the terminal
