Public bug reported:

There is bug in debian/udev.postinst file in line 84.

# udevadm info --convert-db
 info: unrecognized option '--convert-db'

So if you upgrade older than 165 version upgrade will fail.
If you comment lines 83-85 and rebuild udev, then upgrade will work.

I find this problem when I upgrade my server from maverick to oneiric

** Affects: udev (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
