Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

  The ratings in search results in USC do not show half stars; they just
  round down to the nearest star. For example, if an application is
  rated 4.5, it'll show as 4 in the search results. This unfairly makes
  many applications look like they have lower ratings than they actually
  do.
