The underlying error is this one:
Unpacking replacement libgtk2.0-0 ...

dpkg: error processing /media/apt//pool/main/p/pygtk/python-
glade2_2.24.0-2_i386.deb (--unpack):

 cannot access archive: No such file or directory

I'm not sure what /media/apt/ is... is it a CD? a local ubuntu mirror?

In any case it looks like the Packages files referenced a file that is
not there. So it's not really a dpkg bug.
