Bug description:
  Binary package hint: dbus

  It is not currently possible to restart D-Bus after a change to the
  daemon, doing so drops all of the connections to applications
  resulting in their termination.  It would be nice to have stateful re-
  exec support so we can gracefully restart the daemon without dropping
  connections.
