A bug report saying that plymouth bugs are reported to you is not an
actionable bug report.  We would need you to actually submit the bug
reports to us in order to try to address them.  Instead, this bug report
seems to be a meta-report, saying that "plymouth is buggy".  I'm
therefore closing this as invalid.

You should report such bugs against the linux package and include the
text of the panic message.  If you can't capture the text, please take a
screenshot of the kernel panic with a camera and submit it.

  Now Plymouth bug is reported by my Ubuntu. This is happened sometimes.
  Otherwise the all sytem often is halted. Sometimes kernel panic was
  reported on the terminal window. In this case the system is freeze.
  After that any operation may only by restart of the machine.
