So one way of fixing it is to remove the "Provides: libcupsys2" from
libcups2, that will ensure that the upgrade continues. If we add  a old
fashioned transitional package that will ensure it keeps working.

Bug description:
  On a amd64 natty->oneirc upgrade with libcupsys2 installed the upgrade
  will not work, attached is a apt.log and the dpkg status file.
