Thanks for your report.

It looks like virtualgl and ironhide are blocking the upgrade. Could you please try to remove it and try upgrading again ?
There are other PPA in your package list that may cause an upgrade failure. ppa-purge may help you in cleaning your system before upgrading.

I'm closing this report because it is not an issue with an official
ubuntu package.

Bug description:
  An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade:

  E:Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be  caused by held packages.
  This can be caused by:
  * Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
  * Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
  * Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu

  Doesn't seem to be the gcc or ia32... bug. Please help
