We need all the files in /var/log/dist-upgrade in order to investigate
your problem. Could you please attach the other files from that
directory ? thanks

  upgrading from 11.04 to 11.10 failed

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When using the command sudo do-release-upgrade -d on 64 bit machine
  the process failed. Can't remember where is the log file. Don't know
  what is the problem.
