Bug description:
  When running the update-manager in kde or do-release-upgrade I get 2
  very similar errors:

  An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade: 
  E:Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be 
  caused by held packages.
