This bug was fixed in the package ubiquity - 2.9.0

---------------
ubiquity (2.9.0) precise; urgency=low

  * Expand the list of wireless networks under each card automatically,
unless the user has explicitly collapsed the row.
  * Translate the entire wireless networking page.
  * Don't show the picture taking page when running in an oem-config
    install.
  * Don't show the wireless page if a wireless connection was made after
    ubiquity started (LP: #873000).
  * Ensure that the user picture is owned by the target user
    (LP: #872966).

Title:
Wireless page still shown if a wireless connection exists

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
We currently only check if there's a network connection in order to
filter out the wireless page when the pages are first being processed.
If the user connects to a wireless network using nm-applet once the
installer is fully started, the wireless connection page will still be
  shown.
