[Bug 875631] [NEW] software-center clears selection after removing a package

Public bug reported:

When software-center is opened, all sections are collapsed. If I open
some sections and remove a package, the list is refreshed and collapsed
when the uninstall is completed. It would be good if it remember the
collapse/expand state and position in list after the refresh, so we
won't need to reexpand sections after the refresh.
