  failed upgrade to 11.10

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  When attempting to upgrade to 11.10 I got an error messaging saying it
  couldn't get ubuntu-minimal. The error message said this was a serious
  bug that should be reported so I am.
