After seeing the blinking _, if you immediately reboot a second time,
are you presented with a boot menu?  If so, please boot the 'recovery
mode' option and report the results.

If you don't see the boot menu, try holding down the shift key while
booting (during the BIOS post).

If you still can't get a boot menu, then this looks like a boot loader
problem.

  installled ubuntu latest version  after installing all i get on the
  screen is a blinking _ and thats all after restarting
