I am on Compaq C770 TU,
everything was working just as fine, but with the upgrades its seems a 
bit twizzy,
I made the same startup applications with both 11.04 and 11.10,

i am unable to change services in 11.10, many easy user functions seems 
missing.

I'd also seen the 11.10 boot/shutdown times increase considerably.(I've 
picked upstart as the package - not sure which package is really at 
fault here but upstart has a lot to do with startup so it's as good ab

Bug description:
  1) i have been using 11.04 from the start, shutdown time was 3secs, but now shut down time is 13 to 14sec
