Public bug reported:

Update-manager presents a "New version available" dialogue to 11.04
users offering an upgrade to 11.10. If the user is currently using
GNOME2 Panel this will be replaced.

  <@jperkin> so why no warning?

Ideally the notes should include a warning that the GNOME2 Panel
environment will be replaced.

** Affects: update-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
