[Bug 875043] [NEW] Double clicking to maximise causes advert click through

Public bug reported:

Open Ubuntu Software Centre.
Double click the title bar to maximise it.
USC maximises and then clicks through to the advert for Braid.

Desired behaviour would be to maximise without clicking through.

I made a video showing what I mean.
