Title:
Ran cdromupgrade (11.04 -> 11.10), crashed during installation

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Ran cdromupgrade from usb drive (going from 11.04 -> 11.10 with 64 bit
desktop DVD iso installed), error message appeared towards the end of
installation. Noticed network connection was out when trying to run
dpkg --configure -a (which apparently indicated that flashplugin-
  downloader/flashplugin-installer didn't install). After restarting,
everying appeared to be ok and dpkg installed flash without issue.
