Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  On updating from "Natty Narwhal" to "Oneiric Ocelot" (11.10), at step
  2 of 5 error message came up saying the system could not proceed, and
  that I should "run 'ubuntu-bug update-manager' in a terminal and
  include the files in /var/log/dist-upgrade/ in the bug report."
