This is likely a transient problem due to load on the
archive.canonical.com server. You could wait a while and try installing
again or choose not to install 3rd party software and then install flash
later on.

  installation process of 11.10 did not complete

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I just tried to install ubuntu 11.10 to my computer:
  I wait...
  And then I get error message from installer (closer to the end).
  No special things during wizard.

  hardware:
  ubuntu 11.10 amd64 on dvd-rw
  seagate hdd with 4 parts:
  ext4, swap, ntfs, ntfs (all was empty)
  amd cpu, asus m/b (without overclocks)

  This error I got in alpha too.
