[Bug 873432] [NEW] check-new-release-gtk: Release Notes link/button doesn't send to a release notes page

Public bug reported:

In the check-new-release-gtk dialog; I clicked the Release Notes
link/button at the lower left corner of the window, and it opened a
browser pointing to http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/oneiric/main
/dist-upgrader-all/current/ReleaseAnnouncement?lang=en_CA; which is
essentially the same information as already shown in the dialog.

I expected it to send me to a place such as
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/OneiricOcelot/ReleaseNotes instead. :)
