Bug description:
  Binary package hint: casper

  Using the 'install_nosplash' option at the ps3-kboot prompt (because
  usplash needs to be disabled see bug #285218), screen clear and within
  seconds I'm dropped to "initramfs" busy box prompt and the install
  does not proceed. Error messages output are (full debug enabled log
  attached):

  /init: line 1: cannot open /dev/sr0: no such file
  /init: line 1: cannot open /dev/sr0: no such file
  mount: mounting /dev/loop0 on //filesystem.squashfs failed: No such device
  Can not mount /dev/loop0 (/cdrom/casper/filesystem.squashfs) on //filesystem.squashfs

  CD image taken from Intrepid daily build 2008-10-24 (just after the
  'rc' milestone).
