  Expected Outcome: oneiric-backports should be disabled by default
  Actual Outcome: oneiric-backports was enabled by default

  Proposed release note:

  Backports are now enabled by default.  Due to changes in Ubuntu
  package management applications, packages from backports will not be
  installed unless they are explicitly requested, so even though the
  repository is enabled, no additional packages will be installed as a
  result.
