Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  "Installer crashed"
"We're sorry; the installer crashed. To help the developers understand what went wrong, include the following detail in your bug report, and attach the files /var/log/syslog and /var/log/partman:"

  "Installation failed"
"The installer encountered an unrecoverable error. A desktop session will now be run so that you may investigate the problem or try installing again."

  lsb_release -rd:
  Description:	Ubuntu Natty (development branch)
  Release:	11.04

  apt-cache policy ubiquity:
  ubiquity:
    Installed: 2.5.22
    Candidate: 2.5.22
    Version table:
   *** 2.5.22 0
          500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ natty/main i386 Packages
          100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

I expected to install Ubuntu 11.04 straight from the CD without
running the live desktop. I also selected the option to download
  updates while installing.

Two dialog boxes popped up with the above errors.
