[Bug 872519] [NEW] pausing download in ubuntu software center

Public bug reported:

while installing bigger software or games, if internet disconnects,
everything is lost... also if someone wants to pause or resume that too
is not possible... not asking to make it like torrent downloader but
atleast better download manager...
