  Will not boot after install.

  New

Bug description:
  Unable to boot after install of 11.04 Server 32bit to Fit2PC.  Used
  both netbootin and Universal USB installer.  Did complete format of HD
  and USB key.    Boot hangs at GRUB with black screen.  When holding
  down SHIFT key, it shows "GRUB loading." and then locks up.  No
  combination of keystrokes will make it respond.
