Finally i have found a line that suppress that annoying message during
installation. Tested in Ubuntu 8.04.4.

partman-base partman/exception_handler_note note

Thanks!

Title:
Installation with RAID setup always results in "kernel was unable to
  re-read partition table"

Status in “debian-installer” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
In Ubuntu 8.10 Server and alternate. When you try to install Ubuntu with a RAID (tested with RAID 1) setup, when writing changes to disk the following warning appears:
  ---
  [!] Partition disks
  Warning!
The kernel was unable to re-read the partition table on /dev/md0 (Invalid argument). This means Linux won't know anything about the modifications you made until you reboot. You should reboot your computer before doing anything with /dev/md0.
  <Go Back> <Continue>
  ---
When rebooting the system the same message will come again, but continuing anyway resulted in an operational RAID and Ubuntu instalation.

  Aditional information:
I've tested this with SATA HDDs and I think they're unfortunately on the same bus.
